>> Salary: 7-15 million/month

– Working place: California fitness club & yoga Center in Hanoi
– Request:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Female over 22 years old
• Have transportation, accept to work in shifts (morning/afternoon) when required.
• Specially preference is given to those who have worked as club supervisor
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in service areas: hotel rooms, building managers, production shift leaders, factory managers or workers management positions…

– Job description:

• In charge of the group of workers maintaining daily hygiene at the California fitness & yoga Center Club
• Check and supervise the quality of daily work, take responsibility before the company for the quality of cleaning services in accordance with the commitment in the contract between the company and the customer.
• Perform management tasks, including:
  1. Manage group of sanitation workers: timekeeping, salary calculation, reward, discipline, recruitment proposal, training…
  2. Check and supervise the implementation of internal rules and regulations of the Company by workers (working hours, uniforms, manners…
  3. Instruct new workers on skill for cleaning, operating, using and machinery and equipment. Evaluate the working capacity of subordinate workers periodically.
  4. Management of machinery, equipment and materials used at the construction site
  5. Solve problems, arise during service performance, propose measures to solve & prevent problems.
  6. Regularly meet and exchange with customers to receive and record suggestions to improve quality.
  7. Carry out the procedures according to the company’s process: briefing and weekly report, record the work diary, make the project file…
